Product & Manufacturing Capability

Our core manufacturing facility in Chongqing has specialized in diesel generator sets, gas generator sets and related power systems since 2011, and serves as the exclusive production base for Voltapex products.

We provide a full portfolio of generator sets: standard type, automatic type, silent type, mobile type, container type, multi-unit parallel system, unattended type, and high & low voltage configurations. We also deliver customized solutions including ATS automatic transfer systems, paralleling systems, output distribution systems, remote monitoring systems and comprehensive standby power solutions, tailored to specific project requirements.

Our manufacturing base maintains long-term cooperative relations with leading global and domestic power brands such as Yuchai, Cummins and Perkins. Voltapex works closely with these partners to configure professional generators and intelligent control systems adapted to different markets, working conditions and project demands.

Currently, our generator power range covers 5–4000kW. Our products are widely deployed in industrial and mining enterprises, construction projects, real estate, hotels, hospitals, schools, data centers, telecommunications, industrial parks, energy projects and various infrastructure fields, delivering reliable main power, standby power and emergency power solutions.

After years of development, our manufacturing base has established a complete R&D, manufacturing, assembly, testing and quality control system. Voltapex stations on-site quality control teams throughout the production process to ensure every unit meets our brand standards.

In 2024, our new manufacturing base was officially put into operation. This upgraded facility further enhances production capacity, assembly & testing capability, quality control and large-scale delivery, laying a solid foundation for product upgrading, capacity expansion and our international development roadmap.

Overseas Localization Strategy

Voltapex continues to advance its overseas market localization strategy. In Nigeria, we have gradually built comprehensive local capabilities covering production & assembly, equipment sales, project installation, commissioning & delivery, spare parts warehousing and after-sales service, providing faster, more stable and efficient localized support for Nigeria and the wider West African market.

In September 2026, the construction of Voltapex Nigeria Phase II Generator Factory was officially launched.

This Phase II facility is a key step for Voltapex to deepen our West African presence and enhance localized manufacturing capacity. As the project progresses, our capabilities in local production, warehousing & logistics, equipment delivery, spare parts supply and after-sales service will be further upgraded, forming a more complete localized operation system across West Africa.
